New Plymouth

Originally New Plymouth was supposed to be the starting point for my next hike, but the sprained ankle and bad weather forced me to reschedule. Instead I visited the stylish Len Lye Centre, a museum dedicated to the work of New Zealand-born artist Len Lye and had a stroll along the coast in the evening to see the Te Rewa Rewa Bridge, which to me looks a bit like a whale's skeleton.
