Lin Ma Hang is a small village within the Sha Tau Kok area right at the border with Mainland China. The fence you can see in some of the photos is literally the only thing separating Hong Kong from China. Not far from the mostly abandoned village, there is an old lead and silver mine, which was in operation between 1915 and 1958. The site is supposed to be revitalized as a museum. December 2, 2023
